Apprentice Healthcare Support Worker
Salary: £10.00 – £12.00 per hour
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Apprentice NVQ Level 3
Location: Stone/Stoke-on-Trent
Part-time hours: 30 hours per week during mornings, afternoons and weekends
Job Description
The postholder will be part of the First Person Complex Care team working in the community, in Service Users’ own homes, education/colleges and any other appropriate areas.
The postholder will care for children and adults with complex health needs, autism, learning disabilities and life-limiting conditions.
This position would ideally suit an experienced Health Care Assistant who is looking to undertake further training to enhance and develop their career to become a Lead Carer.
Bespoke training will be provided to complete NVQ Level 3 through Newcastle/Stafford College and through on-the-job training.

Essential:
• A good understanding of English and Maths
• Previous care experience
