Job Description
The postholder will be part of the First Person Complex Care team working in the community, in Service Users’ own homes, education/colleges and any other appropriate areas.
The postholder will care for children and adults with complex health needs, autism, learning disabilities and life-limiting conditions.
This position would ideally suit an experienced Health Care Assistant who is looking to undertake further training to enhance and develop their career to become a Lead Carer.
Bespoke training will be provided to complete NVQ Level 3 through Newcastle/Stafford College and through on-the-job training.

Essential:
• A good understanding of English and Maths
• Previous care experience
